Orders over $50.00 and shipped to the US are generally shipped media mail for no charge.

If you order several items we will adjust the shipping charge manually to be reasonable. Alternately, at your request, we can upgrade the shipping method to Priority at your request.

SHIPPING: In-stock orders with payment via PayPal or MO are shipped within 24 hours on business days via USPS. Credit cards and checks must clear our bank prior to shipment. Continental U.S. shipments usually arrive in 4-7 business days. Texas orders normally arrive in 1-2 days. NOTE: Regardless of method of shipping, the delivery date of any order is NOT guaranteed.

STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES: $4.95. For the first book, regardless of weight (no exceptions.) $5.95 or more depending on weight for USPS Priority mail. Shipping charge for large books depends on destination, weight and method, e-mail prior to order for quote. Add 6.75% Texas State Sales tax to total of merchandise.

CANADA SHIPPING: Delivery to Canada residents is by air letter post (up to 4 pounds) or air parcel post. All amounts are U.S. funds. All rates are for retail orders only. We can supply special shipping rates, just email us for a a quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING; We will ship anywhere in the world by the method you choose. We accept payments in any currency so long as the amount tendered is equal to our price plus shipping in USD. Please be advised that International Surface shipping can take 6-8 weeks once we ship your purchase. We always attempt to ship via USPS Global Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes if the book will fit in the envelope and your country accepts this method of delivery. The usual delivery time is 4-7 days to most countries. In any event the carrier is responsible for delivery times, we have no control of the shipment after it leaves our hands.

OUR GUARANTEE: If we ship an item in error, all charges will be paid by us, and you will receive a full credit or refund depending on type of payment (see below). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product price, less shipping charges, will be refunded on items returned in original condition with all packaging materials within 14 days from the date of shipment Email us at booksforcomfort@booksforcomfort.com us as soon as the item is received , describing the deficiency as noted by you to obtain an RMA. CATALOG: We can print and mail a catalog of specific categories of our products upon request, but ordering on line is best.

RETURNS: Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as shipped, include all original boxes and packing material, and be returned shipping prepaid. Please email for a return authorization. Returned packages not accompanied by a return authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply to any item returned for exchange or refund. If your order had received free shipping, normal shipping charges ($4.95 minimum) are reinstated when returns disqualify the original shipment for free shipping. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, AND ITEMS MARKED "AS-IS-FINAL SALE" ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

REFUNDS: Refunds are made in the manner received. Payments by check can be refunded 20 business days following the day that we deposit your check. Refunds to credit card accounts usually require at least 3 days to show up on your account after we have sent the refund to the credit card clearing house. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we ship the wrong item, and in that case, contact us for a return-shipping label. We are not responsible for loss of use or any other charges, the maximum refund will not be greater than the total of all moneys paid by you to this company.
